The historical patisserie Papagiwrgis is located in the center of the Old Town and is a reference point for the whole island.
Its history begins in 1924, and since then it has been operating seamlessly and it has passed from generation to generation. Now the third generation of the Daphne family, taking the baton from the past, continues the tradition.
Using the same recipes, it manufactures Corfiot traditional products such as kumquat, mandolot and mandolos, while innovating with the unique homemade ice cream made with corfiot milk in a wide variety of flavors, most representative of coumokaat and seasonal grapefruit.
It is also renowned for its sweets, such as the unique mille-fee with wild-jam jam.
